Portville Home Care Services provides direct community-based services, approved for Medicaid waiver services, to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. As a developmental disabilities service agency, we furnish home or residential habilitation services, supported community services, as well as non-medical transportation, and more.
Our developmental disabilities services for adults include Home and Community Based Services Developmental Disabilities waiver (HCBS-DD), Supported Living Services waiver (HCBS-SLS), and state-funded Supported Living Services (SLS).
