Portville Home Care Services is a Program Approved Service Agency in Denver, Colorado tasked to provide direct community-based services, approved for Medicaid waiver services, to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. As a developmental disabilities service agency, we furnish home or residential habilitation services, supported community connections services, as well as conveyance or passenger transportation, and more.
We provide caring and supportive residential services in various settings to assist individuals with all areas of daily living skills while promoting their independence. The primary focus is the health, safety, and welfare. In other words, only topmost care. We dynamically give the people with unique challenges a chance to persevere and live an empowered life.
We offer comprehensive services poised to help and empower people in need of support to become active members of their communities through Colorado’s developmental disabilities services for adults that include Home and Community Based Services Developmental Disabilities waiver (HCBS-DD), Supported Living Services waiver (HCBS-SLS), and state-funded Supported Living Services (SLS).
